We take a moment to make sure everything is perfect before your order ships.

Standard Processing

1–3 business days

This includes:

  • Order confirmation

  • Quality checks

  • Packing your items safely

  • Preparing your parcel for dispatch

Print‑On‑Demand & Custom Items

2–5 business days

These items are made especially for you (and your furry friend), so they take a little extra time to create.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


🚚 Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

🇦🇺 Australia (Standard Shipping)

7–12 business days Most customers receive their order within this timeframe once dispatched.

🇦🇺 Australia (Express Shipping)

3–7 business days Available for selected items.

🎨 Print‑On‑Demand Items

Because these items are created just for you, shipping may take slightly longer: 7–15 business days after processing.

🌍 International Orders

10–20 business days, depending on destination.

📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Your tracking link will show:
